Malawi envoy preside over the INCONRIT 2014 at the Iinstitute of Technology in Maharashtra

His Excellency Dr. Perks M. Ligoya was the guest of honour at the 3rd International Conference on Dynamic of Business in Emergeging Markets 21-22 February 2014, (INCONRIT 2014) organised by Kasegaon Education Society of Rajarambapu Institute of Technology an autonomous Institute afffiliated to Shivaji University , KolhapurRajaramnagar, Islampur, in Sangli Distrcit in Maharashtra. The Conference was championed by the Department of Management of Management Studies (MBA) of the Institute.

The main objective of the conference was to bring together eminent personalities from academia and industry to discusss and identify new dynamics of business in emerging markets. The conference took cognisance of the need achieve more business growth in the current economic environment focussing on adoption of new strategies to face the challenges. The conference emphasised on the need for supporting organisations with most practical and competent solutions in competitive environment with the obective of realising growth in emerging markets. Discussions in the conference centred on eight subthemes, namely: accounting and finance; marketing management; system and IT; General Management; human resources; agri-business management; operational management; and entrepreneurship development.
